How it works
We are passionate foodies that want to create restaurant quality dining experiences within the comfort of your own home.
Ben has spent the past 15 years working in prestigious restaurants and hotels. His most recent role, as the executive head chef of The Newt in Somerset, a 5* luxury hotel and spa where Ben focused on farming, foraging and growing his own produce showcasing the south on every plate.
Our objective is to champion ingredients and make them the star of the show, working closely with select suppliers that share the same ethos as we do
We like to work closely with the person organising their event, that way we can invest in to what they are to trying achieve and ensure we provide the very best.

An enquiry form needs to be filled in, this form is the recipe to our evening together. We make a site visit, this helps us with understanding your space and how we can support you as best we can, to ensure we maintain the highest standard of food safety and hygiene on the night.
Menus will then be finalised, with dietary requirements confirmed and a personalised menu will be provided on the night along with tasting notes for the wine pairings.

We pride ourselves on creating long term relationships, providing a service you can rely on and take pride in, whether an intimate dinner party, snacks for a formal reception, secret suppers or celebration dinners.
What we do
We offer taster menus that are tailored specifically to your event within the comfort of your own home, using our amazing local suppliers of farmers, fishermen and foragers to showcase restaurant quality food and service, with wine flights to compliment every dish.

From start to finish we take care of it all. With our own crockery, cutlery and glassware we are able to provide a seamless service as well as taking care of the cleaning up, to ensure the fun of cooking is kept within the food.

We appreciate that not everyone is a "foodie" so we make sure that all our guests feel comfortable and familiar with each dish without using "cheffy" terminology. We pride ourselves on catering for intimate dinners that bring people together to enjoy delicious food, good wine, whilst in great company.
Ben
Ben Abercrombie, chef, forager and amateur fisherman. His most recent role as Executive Chef of The Newt in Somerset. Ben worked with some of the industries best professionals to create the panicle of quality and luxury restaurant experiences. Cooking in a traditional country house style kitchen, over charcoal, using British ingredients showcasing the seasons and the south west. His food was internationally recognised and featured in many reputable outlets such as VOGUE, GQ, The Times, The Guardian, The Caterer, The Telegraph and Conde Nast.
Katie
Katie has spent the last ten years working in the hospitality industry and was fortunate enough to travel the world with her job. Along the way she has had the opportunity to enjoy some of the best restaurants, specifically the ones ‘off the beaten track’ where you experience original dishes made with native ingredients in a place where the service is organic.
